MY VISION ON NUTRITION

From a very young age I wanted to understand how people can get sick and I felt a great desire to know the things that are not always clear on the surface.

That’s how I often sensed things about people without them being talked about by seeing how their behavior and events were connected.

As an experienced health consultant, I also followed extra training on healthy nutrition, everything that interested me.
including “orthomolecular therapist”, where I gain many new insights with which beautiful results can be achieved.
Only now did I have the total picture in mind. Which does not take me away from continuing to educate myself.
And indeed, orthomolecular therapy is a holistic vision.

A healthy lifestyle & Natural immune system

Nutrition creates low-grade inflammation.
If we eat a varied and balanced diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle with sufficient exercise and relaxation,
our immune system can eliminate the low-grade inflammation perfectly by itself.

What you eat (or just don’t eat) has an impact on your whole body and on many areas in your life.
A varied and balanced nutritional pattern can therefore be the key to getting the best out of yourself.

You talk, I listen. We first map out everything: a kilo too many, a chronic lack of energy,
a nagging or slumbering pain, some kind of physical discomfort or simply not feeling good about yourself.

I already provide a solid foundation in terms of nutrition. Thanks to the weekly guidance,
choice from a number of recipes and possibility to pick up prepared dishes,
you slowly become aware of which food has a positive or negative influence on you.
You will see: by adjusting your diet, minor (or major!) discomforts will suddenly disappear…

I clearly put one thing first: we are not going to diet! Dieting gives rise to a yo-yo effect. Instead, we work with a healthy diet, the only sustainable solution.

2. Full body energy field scan:

During the first consultation I take a body scan. On this you can see your weight, fat mass, muscle mass, moisture percentage, visceral fat and your metabolic age, immunity, which deficiencies and complaints occur most often..
I also determine your pH value.
This gives an indication of your acidification.
This way we have all the information to work tailor-made for you.

3. Objectives

After mapping everything out, we prioritize some achievable goals and, if necessary, treatments. Together we go forward!!

WHAT IS REALLY HEALTHY FOOD NOW

Maintaining the correct ratio between macronutrients is crucial in a healthy eating pattern.
With healthy fats, sufficient proteins and good carbohydrates you make a difference.
In addition, choose sufficient fibre, minerals and vitamins. Natural ingredients and freshly prepared dishes: that’s really healthy!

SLIMMING TIPS

Our body consists more than half of water! It is therefore important to drink enough.
In the body, there is a continuous exchange of nutrients and release of waste materials. These processes run optimally if we drink enough water.
One easy-to-use measure is 30ml per kg of body weight. Small sips are out of the question, bulk drinking is the message!

TIP MOVEMENT

Exercise is important for our muscle mass but also for good bone density.
Moving ensures more oxygen in the cells, thus more combustion and better circulation.
Moving reduces inflammation and improves immunity.
However, too much movement causes stress in our body and can wreak havoc on your cells. A good recovery is important here.
